Philosophy
Our philosophy is based on the cognitive-interactionist theory. This theory shows us that the child’s interaction with a physically safe, healthy, stimulating and challenging environment is critical to the learning process. It is the child himself who dominates this environment by interacting with it. This experience prepares him to think and make decisions about the changing world around him. As a vital complement our curriculum integrates our culture; an element that identify us as people and enrich us culturally

Discipline Policy
At kid’s University, discipline consists in positive reinforcement and redirection. We praise and encourage good behavior, recognizing that we serve as a role model for appropriate actions. When misbehaviors is repeated, the removing of the child from one play area to another or limiting play privileges will be consequence. The use of physical punishment is never permitted at Kid’s University by staff or parents. It is important for good communication to exist between the family and Kid’s University.
